Ph.D. Research and Teaching Assistant Work Experience (3 years)

Organization: Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IITR), India.

Designation: Ph.D. Scholar, Semiconductor Devices and VLSI Technology (SDVT) Group, Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, IITR, Roorkee, India.

Responsibility: Worked for my Ph.D. degree with the thesis title “Analytical Modeling of Low Leakage MGDG MOSFET and its Application to SRAM” as well as work with other UG, PG and Ph.D. students on Non-classical CMOS devices (Double Gate MOSFET and FinFETs) and their applications in digital and analog VLSI design-based project work. Apart from these jobs, IITR has assigned me to conduct various labs and tutorials with the joint association with Professors.
